About this site
Is this the Visstun website?
No. Visstun by BrandedItems is run by BrandedItems, Inc., an authorized Visstun distributor in Tustin, California. Visstun makes the cups and containers in the USA and ships them from Las Vegas, Nevada; we sell them printed with your design and manage your order from quote to delivery.
I am a promotional products distributor. Can I order at net pricing here?
No. We sell to end customers such as companies, restaurants, ice cream shops, schools and event organizers. Distributors should order from Visstun directly.
Can I buy a few cups, or blank cups?
No. Every cup is printed for your order, so there are no single cups or small packs. The lowest minimum on this site is 480 to 500 pieces for drink and coffee cups.
Minimums and pricing
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the cup: 500 pieces for cold cups, coffee cups and plastic-free drink cups (480 for 21 oz double wall), 1,000 for ice cream and food containers and 3 oz and 5 oz sample cups, and 5,000 for reusable plastic stadium cups. Each product page shows its minimum as the first row of the price table. In addition, orders from new non-corporate customers have a $1,000 order minimum.
Can I order fewer than the minimum?
No. The minimum is set by Visstun for each print run. If you need fewer drink cups, the 9 to 32 oz cups start at 500.
Does the price include printing?
Yes. Every Visstun price includes a full-color print around the entire cup, so there is no extra charge per color or per side.
Is there a setup charge, and do I pay it again on a reorder?
Yes, $37.50 per design. Visstun charges setup again on reorders, even with the same artwork, so one larger order usually costs less than two smaller ones.
Can I split one order into several designs?
Each design is its own print run with its own setup charge and minimum. Tell us the designs and quantities and we will confirm the options on your quote.
Are lids included?
No. Prices are for the printed cup or container only. If you need lids, tell us the cup size in your quote request and we will check matching lid options.
Products and materials
Are Visstun cups compostable?
Only the plastic-free line. Visstun rates those cups and containers compostable and recyclable where the right facilities exist; many curbside programs and home compost piles still do not accept paper cups, so check locally. Standard Visstun paper cups are poly-coated and are not compostable.
What is the difference between cold, hot and double wall cups?
Cold cups are high-gloss poly-coated paper for cold drinks. Hot cups are single wall coffee cups. Double wall cups have a second insulating wall for hot drinks without a sleeve. The paper cup size guide compares every line.
Are the cups made in the USA?
Yes. Every Visstun item on this site is made in the USA and ships from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Are the plastic stadium cups dishwasher safe?
Yes, top-shelf dishwasher safe, reusable and recyclable.
Artwork, proofs and production
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or vector .pdf) works best. Visstun prints in full color, so photos and gradients print well too; if you only have a .png or .jpg, send it and our art team will prepare it.
Where do I get the design template for a cup?
Cups print on a curved, fan-shaped template. Tell us the item and we will email the template for that exact cup, or send your logo and we will lay it out for you.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your design on the exact cup. Production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
9 to 16 business days after proof approval depending on the item: most 9 and 12 oz cups and all double wall cups take about 11, containers, plastic cups and larger cups about 16. Shipping from Las Vegas is added on top.
Can I reorder cups we ordered before?
Yes. Send us your company name and roughly when you ordered, and we will find the previous order and artwork. Setup is charged again on Visstun reorders.
Ordering, payment and shipping
How do I place an order?
Request a quote from any product page or call 800-827-2630. Your account manager confirms stock (within one business day), pricing and the proof by email, then sends a payment link or invoice.
How can I pay?
By credit card, invoice, purchase order, check or wire. First orders are paid in advance; net terms are set per client after that.
Can we use our own shipping account?
Yes. Send your carrier and account number with the quote request. Otherwise shipping is quoted with your order.
Do you ship outside the US?
International shipping, for example to Canada, can be arranged. Ask for a shipping quote with your order.
What are your business hours?
Our team works continental US hours, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific time. Quote requests sent after hours are answered the next business day.
