- What is the minimum order for the 12 oz Hot Paper Containers?
- The minimum is 1,000 printed pieces. Price breaks are at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000 and 50,000 pieces, and the per-piece price drops at each break. Smaller runs are not possible because every cup is printed for your order.
- What are the dimensions?
- It comes in 3 shapes: 3.84" top x 2.82" tall (item H9R2); 3.52" top x 3.69" tall (item H9T2); 3.64" top x 3.25" tall (item H9U2). Pick the shape in the options table.
- How long does production take?
- Production is 16 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping from Las Vegas, Nevada is added on top and depends on the destination.
- How is my logo printed on it?
- Your design is printed in full color (4-color process) around the entire cup, so photos, gradients and small text are fine. The full-color wrap is included in the listed price; there is no extra charge per color or per side.
- Is there a setup charge?
- Yes, a one-time setup charge of $37.50 applies per design. Visstun charges setup again on a reorder ($37.50), even with the same artwork, so one larger order usually costs less than two smaller ones.
- Is it compostable?
- No. It is poly-coated paperboard, which holds up well but is not compostable. If you need a plastic-free cup, the same sizes are available in Visstun's plastic-free compostable line.
- Are lids included?
- No, the price is for the printed cup only. If you need lids, say so in your quote request and we will check lid options for this size.
