Quick answers about the 16 oz Plastic-Free Compostable Double Wall Coffee Cups

What is the minimum order for the 16 oz Plastic-Free Compostable Double Wall Coffee Cups?
The minimum is 500 printed pieces. Price breaks are at 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 pieces, and the per-piece price drops at each break. Smaller runs are not possible because every cup is printed for your order.
What are the dimensions?
It is 3.52" across the top and 5.1" tall. The printable area is 4.7" x 7".
How long does production take?
Production is 11 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping from Las Vegas, Nevada is added on top and depends on the destination.
How is my logo printed on it?
Your design is printed in full color (4-color process) around the entire cup, so photos, gradients and small text are fine. The full-color wrap is included in the listed price; there is no extra charge per color or per side.
Is there a setup charge?
Yes, a one-time setup charge of $37.50 applies per design. Visstun charges setup again on a reorder ($37.50), even with the same artwork, so one larger order usually costs less than two smaller ones.
Is it really compostable and recyclable?
There is no plastic lining, and Visstun rates it compostable and recyclable where the right facilities exist. Many curbside programs and backyard compost piles still do not take paper cups, so check with your hauler or venue before you print a compostable claim on the cup.
Do I need a sleeve with a double wall cup?
No. The second paper wall insulates, so hot drinks stay hot and the cup stays comfortable to hold without a sleeve.
Are lids included?
No, the price is for the printed cup only. If you need lids, say so in your quote request and we will check lid options for this size.
Is it made in the USA?
Yes, it is made in the USA.
